Available Channel:

Customized items are only available for order through the website. Samples of these products will be displayed in the store’s sample area, and store staff can assist you in placing your order online.

Order Instructions:

1. Place your order and complete payment directly on the Chautfifth website.
2. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order ID.
3. Send your design file in the specified dimensions for each product code via the confirmation email (customerservice@chautfifth.com).
4. The Chautfifth team will confirm the details via email and provide an estimated completion time.
5. Once your item is completed and shipped, Chautfifth will send a shipment notification email.

Production Schedule:

To ensure quality and personalization, orders are produced in two batches each month.

• Orders placed from the 1st to the 15th of each month: Expected production and completion by the 1st of the following month.
• Orders placed from the 16th to the end of the month: Expected production and completion by the 15th of the following month.
