    Order Cancellation & Refund Processing Time

    For order cancellation cases, the refund processing time is as follows:
    - Bank transfer transactions: Within 5–10 business days
    - ATM / Visa / MasterCard / JCB card payments: Within 7–15 business days
    - Payments via ONEPAY gateway: Within 7–15 business days

    * Refund processing time does not include weekends and public holidays.
