SHIPPING IN VIETNAM

Shipping Time

Shipping time within Vietnam is from 1 to 4 days for products in stock. For products that are not in stock, shipping time may be longer.

Shipping fee

• Free shipping for orders with a minimum value of 2,000,000 VND.
Orders under 2,000,000 VND will be charged a nationwide shipping fee of 29,000 VND regardless of where you are and how many products you purchase.

SHIPPING IN OTHER COUNTRIES (OUTSIDE VIETNAM)

Shipping time

International shipping time ranges from about 5 days to 20 days, depending on the country and other conditions such as customs... for products in stock. We do not guarantee a specific time of how many days it will take to receive the goods.

For orders from Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, under the good condition such as available goods and favorable customs clearance, you can receive the goods from 5-7 days, however, we do not guarantee the time of receiving the goods to you.

Therefore, in case you need to receive the goods before a specific time, please kindly email us (customerservice@chautfifth.com) for advice before you order and pay via the website. Don't pay if you are not sure about your order because we don't have refund policy for International orders.
