EXCHANGE - CANCEL ORDER

Exchange

Exchanges can only be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned products must be in their original condition (unused, with all accessories included if any).

1. Carefully pack the product and send it to the following address: 1157/12, Hoang Sa, Ward 5, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City / Phone number +84963.552.580.

2. Upon receipt of the product, we will check the condition of the product and complete the full refund procedure as soon as possible.

3. The value of the exchange order must not be lower than the previous order.

* We will support shipping costs in case the product has a manufacturing defect for Exchange. In other cases, the customer must pay in advance the two-way shipping costs for the product.

Cancellation (Vietnam only)

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via Facebook or Instagram, phone (0963.552.580), email (customerservice@chautfifth.com). However, we will not be able to cancel the order if the goods have been delivered to the shipping unit. Refunds will be issued within 14 working days via bank transfer.

We do not apply Cancellation for International orders outside Vietnam due to difficulty on transferring money to foreign bank account, please don't pay when you are not sure about the order.
