SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
A. Shipping Coverage
CHAUTFIFTH provides shipping services for orders placed via our website, including:
- Same-city & express delivery: Applicable to Ho Chi Minh City only
- Suburban delivery: Applicable to suburban districts of HCMC / Hanoi and other provinces
- Nationwide delivery: Across Vietnam via third-party logistics partners (commonly GHTK, J&T)
- International delivery: Available to the following countries: Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, UK, US, Korea, Canada, Cambodia, Portugal, Australia
B. Shipping Methods & Services
-Standard Delivery: Delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout
- Express Delivery (2–4 hours): Applicable to HCMC, Hanoi, and Da Nang only, subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation

Standard Delivery:
- 2–3 days within Ho Chi Minh City
- 3–5 days nationwide
Express Delivery (2–4 hours):
Within 2–4 hours after successful payment confirmation
International Shipping
Southeast Asia: 5–15 days after handover to the shipping carrier
Americas: 10–15 days after handover to the shipping carrier
Hong Kong / Taiwan: 5–10 days after handover to the shipping carrier
Other Asian regions & remaining countries: 10–15 days after handover to the shipping carrier
Important Notes:

- Express delivery time in HCMC, Hanoi, and Da Nang is calculated from the moment payment is successfully confirmed.
Additional fees for express delivery will be based on the rates of our 3PL partners and confirmed with customers in advance.
- Delivery times to suburban districts and other provinces exclude Sundays and public holidays.
- Please leave a note at checkout if you require a VAT invoice.
- Kindly ensure all required information is provided accurately, including recipient name, full address (as per pre-merger administrative address), and phone number.
C. Order Cancellation & Refund Processing Time
For order cancellation cases, refund processing time is as follows:
- Bank transfer payments: Within 5–10 business days
- ATM / Visa / MasterCard / JCB payments: Within 7–15 business days
- Payments via ONEPAY gateway: Within 7–15 business days
* Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
D. Exchange Policy
CHAUTFIFTH supports product exchanges provided that the item is unused, with original tags intact. Exchange options include:
- Manufacturer defects: We will support an immediate exchange via two-way shipping or in-store exchange.
- Customer-requested exchanges: Exchanges can be made via two-way shipping or in-store. Any price difference will be calculated based on the original purchase price, and two-way shipping fees will apply depending on the customer’s location.
* Orders that have been paid for and handed over to the shipping carrier are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Order cancellation and refunds are not applicable for international orders outside Vietnam.
Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before making payment.
E. Order Inspection Policy
Applicable only to domestic standard delivery orders within Vietnam.
Customers may inspect the product upon delivery together with the courier.
If the product does not meet expectations, customers may refuse the delivery and will be required to pay the inspection fee according to the carrier’s policy.
