RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

A. Exchange Conditions:

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date the product is received.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original accessories and packaging (if any).

Exchange process:

1. Please pack the product carefully and send it back to the following address:

2. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect its condition and proceed with the exchange or refund as soon as possible.
3. The value of the exchanged item must not be lower than the original order value.

*We will cover the return shipping cost in cases of manufacturing defects (exchange only).
In all other cases, customers are responsible for all two-way shipping costs.

B. Order Cancellation (Applicable to Vietnam Only)

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via Facebook, Instagram, phone (+84 963 552 580), or email (customerservice@chautfifth.com).
Please note that we cannot cancel orders once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days via bank transfer.

*Order cancellation is not applicable for international orders outside Vietnam.
Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before proceeding with payment.

C. Warranty Policy

We offer a 6-month warranty for handbags covering issues related to stitching and zippers under normal usage conditions.
We appreciate your understanding.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Products purchased with a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.
